Construction of: “Physical Education Building (Bld. No. 12) and Student Support Facilities Expansion
Building (Bld. No. 13)”

Dear Sirs,

1. We have examined the contents of the Tender Documents and Tender bulletins, addendums, the
matters set out in the Appendices hereto issued on behalf of the Employer for the execution,
completion and commissioning, comprising the rectification of defects of the works in
connection with above captioned project.

2. We accordingly offer to execute and complete the Works and remedy any defects therein, in
conformity with the Tender documents.

3. We undertake if our Tender is accepted to commence the Works upon the date specified in the
‘Letter of Acceptance’ or ‘Letter of Intent’ and to complete and deliver the whole of the Works
and/or sections thereof as may be required, within the Time for Completion stated in the
Appendix to Tender, for the Tender Sum of:

4. We agree to abide by this Tender for a period of 180 days from the final date of Tender
submission and at the Employer’s discretion a further 30 days, and this period shall remain binding

upon us and this Tender may be accepted at any time prior to the expiration of this period.

5. If our Tender is accepted, we will provide the required Performance Security from a locally
licensed bank acceptable to the Employer within fourteen (14) days of awarding the Contract, to be
jointly and severally bound with us in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price for the due
performance of the Contract in accordance with its terms and conditions.

6. We undertake if our Tender is accepted, to complete and deliver the whole of the Works
comprising of the Contract within the time stated in the Appendix to Tender and confirm that the
period(s) stated include all Fridays, Public Holidays etc., and other non-working days caused by
inclement weather etc. and shortened working hours during Holy Month of Ramadan.

7. If our Tender is accepted we shall obtain the insurances as required by the Tender Documents
before commencing the Works.

8. In the event of our Tender being accepted, and until a formal Contract Agreement is prepared and
executed, this Tender, together with your Letter of Acceptance or Letter of Intent thereof, shall
constitute a binding contract between us.

9. We acknowledge receipt of the following tender Bulletins, Addendums and confirm that we have
taken account thereof in our Tender.
