2) Copy of KMC mutation certificate.

The Certificate has been attached with the mail.

3) Copy of Latest KMC payment receipts.

Will be provided during the last meeting.

4) Copy of KMC IB

Inspection Book Copy has been attached with the mail.

5) Copy of KMC Assesment Role

Has been attached with the mail.

6) Copy of title documents of M. A. Leasing & Construction Pvt Ltd

inrespect of entire said property.

7) Copy of certificate (Inspection Board) issued from KMC where describe

building occupation on 30.04.2007.

8) As per available documents, Standard Chartered Bank is in the

possession and you informed in the meeting that Standard Chartered
Bank will vacate the property within 6 months after your intimation to
the Bank, provide me a copy of supporting of this statement.

Lease Deed been attached herewith along with a Letter of SCB Dated
29 August 2018 Point No.5.
 9) It appears that legal proceeding are pending against four occupants
i.e a) Industrial Investment Bank of India, b) Hoare Miller Company
Limited, c) ABC Tea workers association & e) A. Silliman & Co, furnish
the case No. order and copy of the proceeding
 
No Legal Proceedings are pending as such.

After receipt of the above documents/clarification I take further steps.
