VI.Objectives:
a.To give a modernized kitchen of the chapel
b.To enhance hospitality if the chapel regularly hosts events or meals.
c.To create a community gathering space.

VII. Background of the project:


Renovation refers to the process of improving or updating an existing building or space.
It involves making changes to the structure, design and functionality of a space in order
to modernize it.
After the typhoon Odette happened in our Province in Bohol, one of the extension
facilities of Ilihan chapel has been damaged, which is the kitchen. This project is not just
wanting to make a change to the facility but also, we are engaging in the youth's vital
role in building a nation, showing care and love to the place of our Almighty God, the
holy place where it is intended to be a social use of the residents belong in the
community.
VIII. Justification of the project:
Renovation of Ilihan Chapel Kitchen improves and updates an existing building or
space. Putting up some kitchen tools and cooking utensils is essential in every chapel
activity. Renovating and putting up tools for the kitchen can make the chapel beneficial
to the residents who belong in the chapel.

IX.Benefits derived from the Project: 


     The benefits of the project will be:
 The chapel kitchen will be useful in every activity.
 The chapel kitchen will be a comfortable working and cooking place.
 The residents of Ilihan Chapel will have a modernized chapel kitchen.

X. Coverage:
     This project would cover where the chapel is located in P. 3, Ilihan, Ubay,  Bohol.

XI. Methodology:

 First our group conducted a virtual open forum for the suggestion about the
possible project to be proposed.

 Our group leader visited the place which is the beneficiary of our renovation
project. He sent a picture of the place in our (gc) group chat for us to be aware
also.

March 21  Discussing on GC our plans for this project.


 We talked about the budget of this project through asking an
expert of this field a local carpenter.
 Sourcing of the budget to fund this project
 Contacting the local barangay and the chapel moderator for their
approval.
 Approval from the University heads
 Once all papers are approved, we will have meeting again for the
proper renovation, meeting with the carpenters, sourcing and
procurement of the materials.
