The study is conducted to determine the effect of Tepache Pineapple Pulp on
meat quality of broiler chickens. Treatments containing 0, 25, 50 and 75% levels of Tepache Pineapple Pulp with three (3) replication were added through drinking water for 35 days in a completely randomizes design. The purpose of my study is to determine if the treatment Tepache Pineapple Pulp is good for broiler chickens when it comes to meat quality through drinking water. Determine the live weight and dressed weight of broiler chicken and the dressing percentage of the broiler chicken. The focus of my study is to determine the meat quality and overall acceptability attributes such as the odor, taste, flavor, juiciness, texture and tenderness of broiler chicken fed with commercial ration added with varying levels of Tepache Pineapple Pulp through drinking water.
