“giBS Digest” — Annual Magazine

Reference is made to Student Notice – GIBS/ADM/STU/22-23/177 dated: 06.12.2023. The 5 th edition of
GIBS Digest is seeking article for its forthcoming issue. Interested students may register and submit an
article for GIBS Digest on National and International current issues related to Management, Business and
Law.
All articles will be judged on parameters namely originality of thought, clarity of presentation, depth of
understanding and application in today’s scenario based on which “THE BEST ARTICLE” will be
awarded a cash prize of Rs 1000 and a hard copy of GIBS Digest & Certificate of Merit. All other
contributors will receive Certificate of Appreciation.

 Guidelines for Article submission:
1. Articles must be original (along with references, if any) and should not be taken from any other
source.
2. Word limit of an article is 500 words in which 300 words should explain the issue and your
opinion must be presented in 200 words.
3. Use of pictures to supplement the article is welcomed. The source of each image needs to be
explicitly mentioned.
4. Every student will be allocated a faculty mentor who will guide the student in writing a worthy
article for the magazine. The notice giving details will be notified shortly.
5. All articles will undergo the below mentioned process before final selection:
o Level 1 – Articles with plagiarism above 20% will be rejected
o Level 2 – Review by the Mentor
o Level 3 – Review by the panel of expert selected based on their area of specialization
6. After clearing Level 1 & 2, the mentor must mail the articles at gibs.digest@gitarattan.edu.in in
both PDF and MS Word with a professionally clicked picture of the author as a separate
attachment.
 Last date for submission of completed articles is 20th May, 2023.
