1.0 PROJECT IDENTIFICATION


Name of the Project Farewell party
We have to organize a 3 hours farewell party in Lahore Grammar School LGS
Phase 5 for O-level and A-level students which are almost 200 in the count.We are
Project Description responsible for the decoration,catering and other management related to them.

2.0 BUSINESS CASE


To Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes the person feel valued and appreciated.One way to
achieve this is by creating a small visual display that show cases the person’s achievements and recalls all the
good memories.This could include photographs,videos or other moments that highlights their accomplishments
and contributions to the team.
Decoration includes blooming flowers,their vibrant colors illuminated by twinkling fairy lights that adorn the
surroundings.The tables are laid out with a mouth watering spread of delectable dishes.

3.0 PROJECT OBJECTIVES


 Create a memorable and meaningful farewell experience for students.
 To provide an opportunity for students,teachers and staff to celebrate the end of the academic year and say
good bye to passing students.
 To honor and recognize the accomplishments and contributions of the passing students.
 To encourage students to reflect on their experiences and growth during their time at school and to inspire
them to continue learning and growing in future.

Budget Make sure to allocate all the requirements within budget.
Work breakdown system Every team member is crucial to make sure work is divided among members
with clear guidance.
Project management plan A clear picture of the plan that contains each and every point so tat the project
is done without any constraints.
Risk structure Make sure to have a backup plan to save for any uncertainty or risk.

High To manage all the things including decorations,refreshments,gifts and catering
