    Dear Government!

    I am sorry to hear about the library lockdown.


    First of all, I am really upset about this move, because you did not
    let us know about this move. In my view, the library is one of the most
    important buildings in the city, every student comes here from the
    university.
    Me and my student associates would like to know why the
    lockdown was required. The library was renovated 3 years ago, it is in a
    great condition. For us, it is a really important building to finish our
    studies.
    As you informed us, the shutdown lasts for 3 months. I hope it will
    not be drawn out. Please contact us about the details of the reopening.
    We all need some of the important books in order to get ready for
    the exams. I would like to suggest an alternative method to solve this
    problem. If you mail us the books we ask for, we can successfully pass
    the tests.
