About Autolysates of Brewer’s Yeast
Autolysates of Brewer's Yeast is high-protein supplement,
which is a low molecular weight protein with a digestibility of
up to 92%, actually replacing animal protein, without
genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and including up to

terms of absolutely dry matter is from 38.5% to 55%, mass

Autolysates of Brewer's Yeast - we produce only by alternating
temperatures in special reactors with the use of yeast starter
culture, as a result of which, under the action of our own
enzymes, the cell membrane is destroyed and the release of
nutrients. The autolysis process is the start of the process of
self-disintegration of cells. As a result of autolysis (self-
disintegration) of yeast cells, negative (by-products) are not
formed that could harm the health of animals and humans. The
degradation process goes deep enough that it makes it possible
to obtain oligosaccharides with three peptide bonds (having
from 35 to 40 amino acids).
At the output of the production process, a product is obtained
that has the following characteristics:
- By the content of amino acids - from 35 to 40% in dry matter
brewer's yeast masses
- Amino acids are in free form, which reduces the body's efforts
to assimilate them

Secondly, hydrolysis is inevitably accompanied by the
decomposition of monosaccharaides, in which unwanted by-
products are formed - furfural (a yellowish liquid with the smell
of fresh rye bread). Furfural (C5H402) is a poison for the
nervous system, causing convulsions and paralysis; after a ten-
minute inhalation (conc. 0.5 mg / l), slight irritation of the nasal
mucosa, salivation, and mild nausea occur. The solid residue
formed after hydrolysis (hydrolysis lignin) contains, in addition
to lignin, unreacted polysaccharides, which inhibit the
processes of intracellular respiration.
Thirdly, the obligatory neutralization of acids and salts after
hydrolysis is carried out using milk of lime or ammonia water.
Subsequently, we observe an artificial increase in protein due
to ammonium compounds, thereby deceiving consumers. As a
result of hydrolysis, ammonium nitrogen appears (causes
poisoning), which is an inhibitor of cell growth.

Autolysates of brewer’s yeast is produced according to our
technology, (Standard CTO 80708718-00-2012) which allows
to keep all the biologically active substances of the cell in the
native state and minimize the content of toxic metabolites of
the yeast in biomass. The organism absorbs the yeast’s protein
more fully than the protein of vegetable origin. The product
contains vitamins of group B (more than in fish or meat& bone
meals), ergo sterol (it turns into vitamin D under the action of
ultraviolet rays), minerals in the chelate form (Iron, Copper,
Manganese, Zinc …etc.) various ferments and other
physiologically active substances.
The combination of mannan-oligosaccharides and beta-glucans
that are contained in cell walls of yeast's cells binds pathogenic
Gram-negative microorganisms in the intestine, they remove
them from the digestive tract, have a positive effect on the
morphology of the intestine and integrity of the protective
barrier of the mucosa.
Mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) are prebiotics composed of
complex carbohydrate molecules, derived from the outer cell
wall of S. cerevisiae, whose main components, β-glucans
(mannoproteins), are known as elements capable of activating
the immune system of animals. Beta-glucans are sugars that are
found in the cell walls of bacteria, and plants, such as oats and
barley. They are sometimes used as medicine. Beta-glucans are
most commonly used for heart disease and high cholesterol.
