MATER UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES AND ON ALL OCCASIONS , WE PROMISE EXEMPLARY
DISCIPLINE , UTMOST SINCERITY AND DEVOTION TO THE DUTY ASSIGNED TO US IN ANY FORM.
WE WILL BE COURTEOUS , HUMBLE, POLITE, COMPASSIONATE AND APPROACHABLE IN OUR
CONDUCT. WE WILL ENSURE DEVELOPING A SPIRIT OF CAMARADERIE, WORK TOGETHER AS ONE
UNIT AND ENSURE DISCIPLINE.
WE WILL KEEP THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY OF STUDENTS AND THE SCHOOL ABOVE OUR PERSONAL
INTERESTS

RULES AND REGULATIONS


1) METICULOUSLY DRESSED
(a) GIRLS
○ No nail polish
○ Only black pins , rubber bands, clips is allowed, No scrunchies are allowed
○ Only simple black hair bands are allowed
○ Length of skirt should not be above the knee
○ Ornaments (jewellery, rings) are not allowed
○ No make up
○ Not more than one piercing is allowed

(b) BOYS
❖ The hair should be well kept

❖ Trimming of facial hair is advisable


❖ Trousers should not be narrow ended, and ankle lengthed
❖ No piercing
❖ No rings
(c) ALL
 Shoes should be properly polished
 Only school shoes are allowed
 Sport shoes if worn for practice should be changed
 Nails should be trimmed
 Ironed Clothes
 For core council Only standard grey uniform is to be worn, house uniform is not allowed for core
council.
 Smart watches are not allowed
 ID Card is compulsory
 Wearing a badge properly is compulsory.

2) PUNCTUALITY
 Morning duty
- All students who are assigned morning duty have to report affirmatively by 7:30 A.M.
- For dispersal all students have to report to their assigned places by 2:00 P.M.
 All council members have to report daily at 2:15 PM to the Canteen area.
 .All practical deadlines are to be met affirmatively.

3) RESPONSIVE, TIMELY, EFFECTIVE AND


EFFICIENT SERVICES
 All duties whether dispersal, evacuational or managerial will be performed diligently without
excuses.

 If the council member feels overburdened, their respective pronouns are free to approach council
heads for resolution.

4) DECISION MAKING
 Initiatives / ideas are welcome but they have to be approved firstly by council heads then by
teacher incharges, following which action is permitted. Consultations will not be included here.
 Every council member is free to act in his/her respective area of appointment but is strictly
prohibited from overstepping boundaries. (what are boundaries)
5)MISUSE OF POWER
 Bunking in the name of council work is strictly prohibited.
 Bullying or extorting fellow students using council authority would not be tolerated
 Using the school lift unofficially is prohibited.
 Using a mobile phone on school premises is not permitted.

6)HATE SPEECH
 All council members are expected to respect all religions, genders and sexualities.
 Discriminating against someone on the grounds of figure, weight, colour,caste etc is strictly
prohibited.

7) VANDALISM
A. Destruction of school property

Painting ,writing on walls


· Sitting on desks or using them for other purposes except sitting and eating is prohibited
· Damaging properties of other students is strictly prohibited

BREACH OF CODE OF CONDUCT :


Breaching the Code of Conduct would result in the following actions:-

 FIRST OFFENCE - OFFICIAL WARNING WILL BE GIVEN TO THE OFFENDER


 SECOND OFFENCE - LETTER OF APOLOGY ATTESTED BY COUNCIL INCHARGE
 THIRD OFFENCE - DEBADGING

NOTE: VIOLATION OF MISUSE OF POWER & HATE SPEECH RULES WILL LEAD TO
IMMEDIATE DEBADGING.
