of cloud applications design and development. I maintain a superb skill-set. I am passionate about programming and am constantly
seeking new applications development challenges, especially for hybrid enterprise solutions at scale. My strengths have been
leading early adopting Azure customers to the cloud over the past six years.

· Worked with over 200 key strategic Fortune 1000 customers to successfully onboard them onto the Microsoft Azure
platform, driving over $6M in cloud revenue YOY.
· Influenced over 15 improvements and new features in the platform to help adoption and accelerate platform evolution.
· Identified broad adoption blockers and inhibitors, and developed and assisted execution on team plans to remove them.
· Continued to keep abreast of industry trends and new solutions in the broader community that are applicable to our
cloud-computing domain.
· Quickly ramped on unreleased products and features, and delivered train-the trainer and direct technology transfer
programs.
My driving forces: I am a highly seasoned, skilled, and professional applications engineer possessing multidisciplinary language and applications
development capability. I am an expert troubleshooter with a deadline-driven, solid work ethic. I am an advanced problem solver with a proven ability

ü Recent skill focus areas have surrounded contributions in the area of software-defined networking and engineering deliverables
resulting from engagements with many enterprise customers building out large-scale geo-diverse deployments. This includes the use of
virtual networks, firewall appliances, gateway configurations, edge networks, user-defined and BGP routing, network latency and
performance profiling, as well as security configurations, audit, control and data plane logging, and base operational activities, such as
configuration, deployment and monitoring of these cloud-based hybrid networks.

ü Work hand-in-hand with multiple Microsoft Azure IoT preview and leadership customers, on implementing various IoT solutions such as
asset management, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection, as well as identifying feature gaps and engineering blockers. This
has resulted in net-new skills for me in CoAP, MQTT, protocol and cloud gateways, hyper-scale message ingestion and real-time query
patterns.

ü Contributed to the corporate culture and my engineering peers by facilitating direct advanced-level training deliveries, multiple
enterprise briefings and sales support sessions, as well as have been an integral contributor to programs like ImagineCup,
SkypeInTheClassroom, Code.Org, BlueHat and a few diversity organizations.

ü Continue my deeper skills engagement into the Linux system administration and network operations space, having contributed to two
large internal virtual-teams within Microsoft working with core engineering partnerships and feature sets in these respective areas.

ü Work and maintain skillsets with a wide array of open source technology, such as Apache Kafka, Hadoop, Storm, Cassandra, Mongo DB,
Docker, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, ELK Stack, and many others.

CAREER SUMMARY
Microsoft Azure Customer Adoption Team, 2014 - Feb 2016, Senior Program Manager
My role evolved from internal-onboarding of our larger Microsoft corporate services, to focus on large, complex technical
delivery engagements, and some next-generation activities, for the Microsoft Azure engineering team. My sub-specializations
in the technical delivery space have included compute services, networking, IoT devices, Linux, and cloud security, privacy and
compliance disciplines. In this role, I have worked on over 50 large enterprise deployments to Azure, and helped to onboard
several major services across a plethora of cloud services and capabilities that Microsoft offers.
Microsoft Consulting Services, 2007-2014, Senior Consultant II
Microsoft Services applies the resources of the world’s leading technology company to help large-scale enterprise clients each
step of the way. My focus revolved around cloud applications development and architecture, including support, development
and rollout of enterprise-grade information technology projects. My areas of specialization surrounded Windows Azure,
Microsoft.NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010, Visual Studio Team System 2010, SQL Server 2005 / 2008, and
Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I was an integral part of Windows Azure growth from 88 core engineers and $24K in revenue, to
over 3,000 engineering directs and over $150M.
Tata Consultancy Services, 2006-2007, Senior Software Architect / Engineer
Work directly with enterprise clients on software architecture and development. Majority of my work was onsite at Nike
World Headquarters functioning as a senior engineer for a .NET 2.0 smart-client desktop application. I implemented new
functional enhancements for the globally deployed Sales Reporting Order Capture (SROC) stand-alone application. Worked
daily with .NET datasets, office integration, XML serialization & transformations, localization and .NET 2.0 feature
enhancements such as async callbacks and partial classes. The application is evolutionary, deriving originally from C++
Document Template patterns, and entailed a heavy understanding of eventing, unmanaged code utilization and performance
enhancement techniques.
