WHAT DO I DO?
Every day I get up at 7:00 a.m., then I have breakfast
because according to the Interamerican school: "Eating
breakfast properly has advantages over school performance.
Studies show that children who eat breakfast have better
performance, better concentration and more energy".
My virtual classes begin at 8:00 am, I use my laptop, take
notes and hydrate myself because according to the Instituto de
investigación de agua y salud: "The brain expends an
enormous amount of energy and therefore, despite which
represents only 25% of body weight, receives approximately
20% of all circulation and is the organ that supports mental
functioning and where all our cognitive processes develop,
such as learning, reasoning, attention, memory , problem
solving, decision making and language processing”. At the end
of my classes, I help my mother to make lunch, we use the
kitchen, pot, knife, cutting board and prepare a rich salad of
vegetables with fried chicken, since according to the General
Council of official pharmacist colleges: "Vegetables and
vegetables provide many benefits from the nutritional point of
view and preventing diseases. They are especially important
because they regulate intestinal transit and because the
vitamins they provide modulate many metabolic processes".
Then I do my homework and at the end I watch television
for a moment. After, I have a light meal for dinner, at the end of
dinner I brush my teeth because, according to the blog, take
care of your smile: "Without a doubt, the most important
brushing is done at night, since during those hours the mouth
does not generate saliva and the accumulated bacteria roam
freely. This is because saliva is antibacterial and protects the
oral flora from harmful elements. During sleep, it does not move
and cannot perform its cleaning function”, and finally, I go to bed
9:00 pm.
