TOGAF Study Plan

Goal: Obtain TOGAF certification within 3 months

Week 1:

 Read the TOGAF Foundation Study Guide (Chapters 1-4)


 Familiarize yourself with the TOGAF terminology and concepts
 Take notes and highlight important points for future reference

Week 2:

 Complete the TOGAF Foundation Practice Exam


 Analyze your performance and identify areas of improvement
 Review the incorrect answers and understand the correct explanations
 Read TOGAF Study Guide (Chapters 5-8)

Week 3:

 Review the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) in detail


 Practice creating architecture deliverables using the ADM phases
 Take the TOGAF Foundation Practice Exam 2

Week 4:

 Explore the TOGAF Architecture Content Framework


 Learn about the Architecture Repository and its components
 Study the TOGAF Technical Reference Model (TRM) and the Integrated
Information Infrastructure Reference Model (III-RM)

Week 5:

 Focus on the TOGAF Architecture Capability Framework


 Understand the roles and responsibilities of enterprise architecture teams
 Study the TOGAF Architecture Skills Framework
 Take the TOGAF Foundation Practice Exam 3

Week 6:

 Review the TOGAF ADM Guidelines and Techniques


 Understand how to tailor the ADM to specific enterprise needs
 Study the TOGAF Guidelines for Architecture Governance
 Take the TOGAF Foundation Practice Exam 4
Week 7:

Week 11:

Week 12:
