DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE  

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 
That I, ELSA SUMAGPAO DEFENSOR, Filipino, married, of legal age, a resident of
Brgy. Agtabo, Passi City, Province of Iloilo, Philippines hereinafter referred to as the
“SELLER”, is the lawful owner of certain parcels of land situated at Brgy. Agtabo, Passi City,
which is more particularly described as follows: 

LOT NO. 7430-B-3

“A parcel of land described as Lot No. 7430-B-3 located at Brgy. Agtabo, Passi
City, Province of Iloilo, bounded on the North by Lot No. 7430-B-2, on the South
by Lot No. 7430-B-4, on the East by Lot No. 7430-A, on the West by Lot No.
7947 Passi Cad. 148 measuring a total area of Twelve Thousand Four
Hundred Thirty Four (12, 434) square meters more or less.

LOT NO. 3

“A parcel of land described as Lot No. 3 located at Brgy. Agtabo, Passi City,
Province of Iloilo, bounded on the North by Lot No. 23, on the South by Lot No. 4
& 8, on the East by Lot No. 7430, on the West by Lot No. 7 measuring a total
area of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Three (9, 603) square meters more or
less.

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND

(P100,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to my
entire satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of Absolute Sale to PATERNO
A. SUMAGPAO Filipino, married, of legal age and a resident of Commonwealth St., Passi
City hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”, the above-mentioned parcel of land in favor of
the BUYER, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest in an absolute and irrevocable
manner free from all liens and encumbrance;
 
That any and all expense in relation to the transfer of rights and issuance of title will
be borne by the Buyer, and that the Seller is bound to execute any instrument to the
satisfaction of the transfer and issuance of title for the above-mentioned real property to the
Buyer.

          IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this____ day of
