Delimitation and Limitation of the Study

This study is only delimited to 12 Grade 10 pupils from section Aquino, Del Pilar ,

and Luna who are persons with poor reading in A.L. Navarro National High School,

Lasang, Davao City. However, this study will not feature the learners’ listening and

writing skills as it will only determine their reading comprehension level based on their

pre, middle and post-tests.

The researcher will be choosing the Grade 10 students of A.L.Navarro National

High School of School Year 2021-2022 as student-participants since they are about to

enter a environment and more prone to various emotional adjustments with their

teachers, administrator, classmate, school mates, and friends, and most especially with

their subjects in the Senior High School ( Lauron, 2021).

Meanwhile the research instrument will be used in this present study is the

qualitative research ( define it and get the source and year.)
