Uniform and perfect singeing is performed economically in the intense condition of heigh temperature combustion by
providing with Jet-Burners which have ceramic nozzles.

Features

1. Available for using any kind of fabrics, for instance, in natural fibers such as cotton, hemp wool, or artificial fibers and
synthetic fibers.

2. Our machines allow high speed up to 300 m/min. by combination of burners.

3. The superficial temperature of fabric can be adjusted from approx. 400℃, to 1200℃, by one control handle.

4. Gasoline gas, L.P.G., natural gas and city gas are useful.

5. Flame width is adjustable according to width of cloth avoiding loss of gas consumption.

6. Automatic Burner Turning Device prevents the cloth from burning-out at emergency stop.

7. Space between cloth face and burner nozzle is adjustable from 16 mm to 63 mm with had control according to kind of
cloth.
