Quality requirement: According to International Standard or Registered Standard.
Accessories and Tools according to the Product Packing list.
Inspection: Inspection should be proceeded by buyer according to International Norm or Registered Standard. Any
objection should be notified in written form within 7 days after receiving the goods. Otherwise, the Seller will
consider the goods are perfectly handled.
Delivery time: 15 WORKING DAYS AFTER A CONFIRMED CONTRACT
Terms of payment: 100% TT PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
Means of transportation: BY TRAIN
Port of loading & Destination: From: NINGBO To: KYRGYSTAN
Insurance & Charge:COVERED BY BUYER
Warranty: 12 Months from the date of shipment;
Distributive sales record: Whereas the requirement of related Statute and Regulations, buyer should do and keep
Distributive sales record for the product. The storage life for the Distributive sales record must be longer than 10
years and not less than the products 'lifespan which is specified in the User manual.
Agreements on matters related to intellectual property rights:
1. Patent rights of any product in this contract belong to the Seller. The Buyer can only use or resell the products,
and only has right to use the product patents with the permission of the Seller.
2. Any other third party isn’t allowed to manufacture or use the patented method contained in the product for the
purpose of production and business without the permission of Seller. Otherwise, Seller shall investigate the legal
liability of the infringer according to law.
Cancellation: The contract can be cancelled after being agreed by Seller and Buyer in written form. The Buyer shall
compensate the seller for the corresponding losses if the contract is cancelled and the seller suffers losses.
Settlement of Dispute: In the event no settlement could be achieved through consultation, the Seller or the Buyer
may institute proceedings in a court where the manufacturer is located.
Others: Faxed or scanned copies are considered as the original.
