How to Load e-NP via Media

*Kindly note that you should have already made an update by following the “Get NMs and Permits”
manual

1. On the Chartco PC create a folder on the Desktop called Publications (if not already existing).
From the Chartco PC open Windows Explorer and enter the following in the address bar:
\\scorpiobox\fromoffice\
2. At the authentication window login with the following credentials:
Username: shared
Password: sharedvsl
3. Browse to \\scorpiobox\fromoffice\all\eNP_Publications

Copy the required publication(s) to the Publications folder created in step 1. Above

Note: There are old and new versions of Publications – ensure ONLY the latest version of the required
publication is copied!

4. Open the e-NP application from your desktop.

5. Go to “Tools”.

6. Click on the “Load e-NPs”.

7. Click “Next”.

8. Choose the communication method and click “Next”.

6. Select which e-NPs you wish to load and click “Next”.

9. Click “Browse” and select the folder created in step 1. Then click “Next”.

10. Click the “Load e-NPs”.

11. The following will appear.
