Important Instructions Regarding Institutional Households

1.        Block wise list of Institutional Households is Shared with Concerned District Coordinator, Divisional In-charge and PCC.
2.        This list Contained institutional households which are non-living or less than 20 persons are enter with living institutional households. Whereas institutional household could never be non-living.
3.        Concerned Supervisor Will Fill this Performa and Submit Positively by Tomorrow Dated 19-04-2023 before 11:00 am.
4.        Concerned enumerator must enter the same data in his tablet, which is duly ensured by concerned CDO.
