We have conducted a survey to find out the Hygienic and Motivational Factor of
the staffs of different commercial bank and for that we have choosen Herzberg

different hygiene as well as motivational question to the staffs of bank in the form
of Questionnaire. According to the response of the 31 staffs of different
commercial banks, we get the following result:

Q.N Hygiene Factor Q.N Motivational Factor

2 136 1 119
5 117 3 138
6 128 4 126
8 133 7 125
9 123 10 114
12 127 11 112

According to the above table, we can say that in total; the employees of the
commercial banks are motivated through motivational factor like recognition and
appreciation for the work they do more than hygiene factor. And as per the
questions asked to the staffs, they are more concerned with a good boss.
