The Human Resources Department plan to conduct a 1-month training program called
"Equipping Affinitea's Rank and File Employee Training Program" for the employees of Affinitea
Puerto Princesa. This training program are given to help employees understand those factors, as well
as to hone their skills at interacting with customers in a food establishment and aims to help the
employees do a better job, improving quality in everything and to equip them with skills and
knowledge about milktea. The Program designed to strengthen our company foundation and
employees because The success of a business in today’s competitive world requires top talent and the
right skills at the right place and time. We are expecting 15 attendees participating in this training
program that will take place Affinitea Puerto Princesa from June 10 to July 10. We are with the
Manager and Operation's Manager offices to facilitate and monitor the program's success.

With this, may I respectfully request for your approval to allow the conduct this
Training Program.Attached are the training program, logistical and budgetary requirements, and
faculty involved in the proposed extension service.

Rationale:

The Equipping Affinitea's Rank and File Employee Training Program aims to improve productivity and
boost employee performance and equip them with skills and knowledge about the machines needed
and trained them properly and will be given a hands-on training to simulate the experience of running
an actual store and will also be taught various how to set up your store so that it is optimal and efficient
and also how to operate a shop efficiently, as well as making sure of the teas that are served. This
Training will surely help to be a well skilled and trained employees even though we are currently facing
this pandemic.

Objective:

-To enlarge skillfulness

-To Make Workers for proficient use of assets

-To offer enhanced prospect for workers

Specific Objectives:

-Employees can benefit from training by learning new abilities in a systematic manner that will allow
them to complete the assignment successfully.

-Employees that are trained get new skills, knowledge, and approaches for dealing with resources. This
enables them to make better use of machines, tools, equipment, and other organizational resources.

-Improved job performance opens up opportunities for growth and promotion.
