learner, I have both good and bad performance management in my studies that’s why in the

find it challenging because, as a learner, I still have flaws and don't know how I should gradually

about the performance management. When I was I younger, I thought that it doesn’t matter if
your performance management is good or bad. I though it just depends on the performance of
your employees inside your firm. But, it changes my perspective because I realized that a good

so I can fit myself in the business world someday. I will keep in my mind that a good
performance management should be organized and you need to have a good relationship to your
employee. You need to have a schedule performance review and make sure that all things are in
a good system so that you can engaged the growth of your company 3 times faster than your
competitors.
The field of business is not an easy road. You need to focus on your vision and in order to
achieve this all. Having a good performance management will help you, your employees, and
your company perform the process well from the start until the end.
