Good and Bad performance management

The business world will not be in favor for us if we have a bad performance management.

Successful companies are not being establish just because of luck. These businesses become

successful because of a good performance management that they have.

As a college student I strive for an academic validation and for me to achieve this goal I

should have a good performance management in my studies. I’m aware to myself that as a

learner, I have both good and bad performance management in my studies that’s why in the

video material that I watched, good performance management hooks my interests because I can

identify traits in the persons in the video that I'm still working to develop in myself. But I also

find it challenging because, as a learner, I still have flaws and don't know how I should gradually

progress. Since this is a continual progression, I find it both interesting and challenging. I hope

that my time in college will serve as my training ground so that when the day comes that I

manage my own business, I will be able to do so with effective performance management.

Every single day, we are keep learning. As I watching the video, I recalled how my

parents constantly reminding us that our future is in our hands. If we keep a good performance,

it’s not impossible for us to succeed in life. Now that I’m a grown up, I’m enlightened about

what my parents want to say.

I’m enlightened a lot of knowledge after watching the video. It changes my perspective

about the performance management. When I was I younger, I thought that it doesn’t matter if

your performance management is good or bad. I though it just depends on the performance of

your employees inside your firm. But, it changes my perspective because I realized that a good

work should start at a leader because 68% of employee who receive accurate and consistent

feedback feel engage to fulfilled in their job.

 College journey is one of my stepping stone in my desired career that’s why all the

knowledge that I’ve gained about this topic will be my guide someday to shape my personality

so I can fit myself in the business world someday. I will keep in my mind that a good

performance management should be organized and you need to have a good relationship to your

employee. You need to have a schedule performance review and make sure that all things are in

a good system so that you can engaged the growth of your company 3 times faster than your

competitors.

The field of business is not an easy road. You need to focus on your vision and in order to

achieve this all. Having a good performance management will help you, your employees, and

your company perform the process well from the start until the end.
