    Measurement Computing requests, whenever possible all MCC products be tested with the InstaCal

    diagnostic tests and the results be provided to the Applications Engineer either verbally or in writing.

    This is an easy way for you, our valued customer, and us to agree that the product is defective by way of
    using our benchmark diagnostic software.

    This can help us both in several ways:

    1. If the product is claimed not to work in your program, but it does in InstaCal, then the most
    likely problem is with your program, and we will make efforts to help you debug it.
    2. As you know, ‘time is money’ as they say, the time without your product and cost of shipping it
    to us and back can be negated if InstaCal testing shows no failure.
    3. Measurement Computing will never force you to test your MCC product with InstaCal, however
    should you refuse to test it, and no problem is found, then a $50 per product fee is charged for
    handling, testing, and calibration. Of course if a problem is found, this fee does not apply, just
    the fee to repair the product.

    InstaCal is shipped with every MCC product we offer. It is included on the MCCDAQ cd. Also, you can
