Hello teacher and classmates , today I am going to talk about my project, it is my favorite

festival in Peru. in my opinion it is the best for many reasons, I would like to describe and list
them one by one. The name of the party is "mistura"

This festival takes place in the capital of Peru, Lima. Many people attend this festival and
celebrate the gastronomy of Peru. I remember when I told my friend "I'm going to meet my
dad" and he told me: so am I . This week we can go every day, it was the whole festival for a
week, every day with different characters and ambassadors of Peruvian food. The first was an
unpredictable day in which the most important restaurant was Mistura, and we discovered for
the first time the new star dish, grilled chicken with chaufa.

I recommend that before going to the festival to buy your tickets with more days before that
they do not sold out.

Mistura always bring a lot of restaurant's with sabrous tasty around peru , and the diversity of
tasties is the proud of this festilval, when you think in mistura , you only think : " Today I will
eat very well"

Mistura isn't only of peruvian food, also the organization of mistura bring food of others
countries, and the sector especial with name " international food" , more people with other
nationalitaties are more efficient , responsible and flexible when they prepare or create their
dishes.

In mistura My sister has worked there for 2 years after the pandemic . She told me that
mistura was thought will bring Gordon Ramsey, the best chef in the United States, to taste the
best ceviche dish in Peru in a event inside mistura. but this can't to realize because the covid -
19 were more hard .

in my opinion This men has a lot of knowledgeable about the food and a I think when mistura
think again bring to Gordon Ramsey , a lot of people wants to take a picture with him.

For this reasons I considered Mistura it's my favorite festival , I love eating, and when you find
good restaurant the life is better.
