March 11, 2023;
b. Memorandum from OCPS with cite number OCPS: 0307-05-2023

2. On or about 11:11 o'clock in the evening of May 11, 2023, at Purok Uno, Barangay
Bañadero, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, one Jeffrey Tiera Dahmer 35 years of old
and resident of said place was Shot and killed.

3. In connection with above reference, please be informed this station had requested
SOCO for Ballistic Examination on the recovered fired cartridge of. 45 Cal & awaiting for
result. Coordinated with the owner of the CCTV near the crime scene to check the
footage for possible identities of the suspect/s. Copy of CCTV footage was send to Anti-
Cyber Crime 9 requesting photo enhancement

4. The family of the victim has been kept informed of the investigation’s progress and has
been cooperating with the police. The police have appealed to the public for any
information that could assist with the investigation.

2. On or about 11:11 o'clock in the evening of May 11, 2023, at Purok Uno, Barangay
Bañadero, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, one Jeffrey Tiera Dahmer 35 years of old
and resident of said place was Shoot and killed.

3. In the evening of May 11, 2023, Ellamae D. Benoya a victim’s cousin, called the Ozamiz
City Police Station to report the incident. Immediately, PO3 Maghanoy Batumbakal
together with PO1 John Lloyd Cruz responded to the place of incident where they found
a commotion of people.

4. According to the investigation the Victim sustained two (2) gunshot wounds on the left
side of his chest that cause his instantaneous death from unidentified suspects.
Recovered at the crime scene were five (5) empty shell of cal. 45.

5. Through a combination of forensic evidence, witness testimony, and CCTV footage, the
police were able to identify the suspect as Katrina Marie R. Butalid a Political Enemy of
Dahmer. Butalid was arrested on April 5, 2023 and currently detained at Ozamiz City
Police Station.

6. The case is already raffled at Branch 15 of Ozamiz City Regional Trial Court.

7. The accused Katrina Marie R. Butalid was Arraigned on April 25, 2023 where he Pleaded
Guilty.

DATE : May 11, 2023

1. On or about 11:11 o'clock in the evening of May 11, 2023, at Purok Uno, Barangay
Bañadero, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, one Jeffrey Tiera Dahmer 35 years of old
and resident of said place was Shoot and killed.

2. Initial investigation was conducted and Ellamae D. Benoya (cousin of the victim)
revealed that the victim was at the waiting shed outside their house when minutes later
they heard several gun burst, when they verify they saw the victim lying on the ground
wounded. Victim sustained two (2) gunshot wounds on the left side of his chest that
cause his instantaneous death from unidentified suspects. Recovered at the crime scene
were five (5) empty shell of cal. 45. A follow investigation still conducted by Ozamiz City
Police Station for possible identification of the suspect.

3. The SOCO have gathered evidence from the crime scene, including the bullet casings
and fingerprints, which they hope will lead to the identification and arrest of the
perpetrator.

identification of the suspect.
