Sub: Stand Relieving Order in the grade of Administrative Officer, EA, TA,
Stenographers & LDC-reg.

Consequent upon issuance of Annual General Transfer in the grade of Administrative

Otlicer vide EOO No. 12/2023 dated 17.01.2023. AGT in the grade of EA. TA & LDC vide EOO
No. 13/2023 dated. 17.01.2023 and AGT in the grade of Stenographer vide EOO No. I l/2023
dated. 17.01.2023 under Zone-I. Zone-II & Zone-Ill , all orders indicating that all the officers
should be relieved by 27.01.2023 and Intra Zonal orders of Mumbai Customs Zone-I vide EOO
No. 40/2023 dated 10.02.2023, EOO No. 42/2023 dated 10.02.2023 & EOO No. 41 /2023 dated
I0.02.2023, EOO No. 43/2023 dated I 0.02.2023 within General Commissionerate Zone I
indicating that all the officers should be relieved by 24.02.2023, EOO No.57/2023 dated
21.02.2023 and EOO No. 58/2023 dated 21.02.2023 within Zone-I were indicating that all the
officers should be relieved by 03.03.2023. Stand relieving order No. 65/2023 P& E dated
01.03 .2023 indicating the date of stand relieve on or before 03.03.2023. However. it has been
observed that even after issuance of Stand relieving order many Officers are yet to join in their
new place of postings in their respective zones/sections.

It is once again re-iterated that as per para 08 of HR Policy for Inter Zonal rotation of
Ministerial staff (A Os, EAs, TAs & LDCs) in Mumbai Customs vide Standing Order No. 13/2022
dated 29.11.2022:

"The officers should be relieved once rransferred nor far er rhan rhe _final relieving dare
mentioned in the Trans/er/Rotation order or orherwise the officer will be considered as srand
relieved/or rhar last date specified "

All the officers who were not relieved till date from their concerned zones/sections are
hereby stand relieved on or before 02.06.2023. No separate relieving order for officers is
required to be issued in case of the above referred orders. The Officers relieved for their respective
zones/sections should report to their new zone/section of posting under intimation to P&E Section
immediately. The Controlling Officers are requested to submit a compliance report
