Chapter 1 Application of these Regulations
• Inclusion of a new statement in section 1.2 Shipper's Responsibilities related to wild caught or
captive bred animals.
• Amendments to the section 1.4.1 regarding Live Animal Regulations recurrent training
requirements.

• Amendments to the Shipper's Certification for Live Animals specifying if an animal is wild caught or
captive bred

Chapter 6 Listing, Description and Sizes of Species


• Inclusion of new species (such as scallops) and common names for species (such as
“sugar glider”, “Monkey (Non-Human Primates)” and “Ape (Non-Human Primates)”. )
