1. Working as Assistant Professor (Tourism Management) since 12th August 2009 in University Institute of Hotel
and Tourism Management (UIHTM), Panjab University, Chandigarh.
2. Taught in the Institute of Vocational Studies of Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla as Guest Faculty to MTA
(Master of Tourism Administration) and FYICTA students during 01/03/2009 to 11/08/2009.
3. Worked as Lecturer from 01/08/2008 to 31/01/2009 at Raj Rajeshwari College of Education, Hamirpur (H.P.)
B. Research Experience
1. Ph.D. on topic titled ‘Adventure Tourism Market Segments and Promotional Policies Therein: A study of
Himachal Pradesh’ from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, under the supervision of Prof. S.P. Bansal and
Dr. Prashant Gautam. Degree awarded in March 2013.
2. M.Ed. Dissertation titled “Attitude of Post Graduate students towards the use of e-learning- A study of
Himachal Pradesh University” (2008), submitted to the department of education, HPU Shimla.

1. Holding the position of Hostel Warden in boys hostel no. 7 of Panjab University since 13 th June 2019.
