company policy in RJ auto shop and it help me a lot to truly understand the policy , procedures and the
work ethic I must possess in handling my costumers very soon.

Clutch lining replacement

The lining is made of a woven or moulded non-organic material that also contains particles of soft metal
such as aluminium or brass. This improves the strength of the lining and a series of radial grooves in the
lining's face enhances the grip between the flywheel and the disc.As an first time interns it's not easy to
all of us because this is our first task and duties here in this shop and we will have no experience yet.In
this activity I participated and observe how to gear on a running motorcycle. The owner said that the
main caused for the clutch problem is the weight of the hanging gearbox on the spindle ,broken or
greasy clutch and pressure plate or flywheel and incorrect pedal adjustment so we should check the
clutch system immediately and ang replace it .

Overall, the first week of my on-the-job training internship program in automotive technology at RJ
AUTO SHOP has been enriching and educational. I have gained practical experience in various tasks
related to vehicle maintenance and repair. At the same time I've gain knowledge that you need to first
know the rules , policy and nd procedure in order to do the task correctly. These experiences have
enhanced my understanding of automotive systems and their significance in ensuring safe and efficient
vehicle operation as well as the importance of really digging deeper into the mission and vision of the
shop. I look forward to further expand my knowledge and skills in the coming weeks of the internship
program and gain more experience in the said field.
