2. Delivery process for Cross Connect:
● Requires 5 business days upon the acknowledgement of the complete documents (Sales Order and
LOA) and the valid information provided in the documents received by EDGE
● EDGE has the rights to reject invalid document and require customer to revise the LOA
3. Delivery process for Direct Connect:
● Installation process will be performed by Customer under EDGE’s supervision
● Cable material and any additional equipment will be provided by Customer
