 Basic Concepts related to related to School Governance
 Composition of SGC
 Guiding Principles for SGC
 Indicators of effective SGC
 Functions of SGC
 Limitations of SGC in the exercise of authority
 Roles of SGC as partner of DepEd in realizing the Mission, Vision, and core Values

2. SGC Involvement
 SIP (School Implementation Plan)
 SBM (School-Based Assessment)

3. Other Matters

 The Election of SGC Officers was facilitated by Ms. Analy Duhaylungsod a Senior High
School teacher.
 Oath-taking and Induction to office

 Meeting adjourned at exactly 10:30 am through the motion of Mr. Gil U. Araneta which
was seconded by Ms. Genefer Perinio.
