1. The subject of the license is the right to use the free software. 5 Torunska Street,
26-600 Radom, Poland
2. RADWAG Balances and Scales is the MANUFACTURER of the Telephone: +48 48 386 60 00
software. The individual or legal entity making use of the
purchased program shall mean the LICENSEE.
3. By purchasing the program, the LICENSEE acquires copy of the
software and annexed documentation. The copyrights shall be PC Software covered by free licence:

4. The LICENSEE has the right to install and use the software on his  Database Editor

5. The Licensee will not modify, distribute, sell, license or
sublicense let, trade or expose for sale the software and  MwManager MWMH

6. Any breaching of the abovementioned conditions leads to the loss

of the license rights and may cause legal consequences.

8. The manufacturer shall bear no responsibility for any direct or  RPanel

IMPORTANT: Before installation and use of RADWAG’s Balances and Scales software, it is advisable  Radwag Connect
to carefully read the license conditions. The Licensee accepts the conditions of the license from the
moment of installation, copying or use of the software. The Licensee (individual or legal entity) confirms

that he has read and understands hereby conditions and he acknowledges that they are legally
bounding. In the event of no consent for all and any conditions, this software shall not be installed, used
or copied.
