CONCLUSION
• Horse gram is an underutilised legume, eventhough the common
people know it’s health benefits.
• Incorporation of horse gram in similar filled snacks can be successful.
• Spicy filling is preferred by most youngsters
• The price will decrease as days of operation increases

• Break even point = 464 units.
