1. The Plaintiff submits that he filed the Suit for Declaration of title, Perpetual
Injunction as Consequential Relief, to Declare the Proceedings vide A/3361/1995
is Null and Void and Not Binding on the Plaintiff, Cancelation of Documents and
Rectification of Records against the Defendants No. 1 to 4.
2. Consequently, the case has been settled outside of the court and compromised the
matter. In this Circumstances, the Participation of Defendant No. 1 and Defendant
No.2 namely Gunnamaneni Gangadhar Rao and Enugu Sagar Rao, is not required
as such as per the advice, the Suit is not pressed against said Defendant No. 1 and
Defendant No.2 namely Gunnamaneni Gangadhar Rao and Enugu Sagar Rao and
it may be closed against them.

Hence, it prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to close the
Suit against Defendant No. 1 and Defendant No.2 namely Gunnamaneni
Gangadhar Rao and Enugu Sagar Rao as not pressed in order to record compromise
between the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 3 and defendant No. 4 namely Pulugari
Prem Sagar Rao and Jangam Prathap Rao in the interest of justice and equity.
