Bitas Immersion

!2- Lanzones Batch 1

Being an immersion student is a privilege for every student, like me, as we’re going to be
exposed to an actual workplace where we can cultivate our knowledge and skills. We all have a
separate set of personal objectives that we will fulfill in accordance with our agenda because we
were assigned to various workplaces and participate in diverse activities.

I am assigned to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office

(MDRRMO). Additionally, as an Immersant allocated to this work, I have goals and objectives
for expanding my knowledge, abilities, and moral principles while interacting with my
workplace. First, I want to gain knowledge about the things being done in my workplace. So that
I am able to understand what the important function of the department I am working in is.
Second, my goal is to cultivate my skills and values as I work with others and do the tasks I am
given. Third, my aim is to build good and healthy relationships with others, especially with my
fellow students and the other staff in our workplace. This will have a moral advantage and an
inherent ability, virtue, or value to strengthen character as well as maintain a balanced and
harmonious environment. Last but not least, I hope to have a strong work ethic that embodies
certain guiding principles. This will enable me to continuously generate high-quality work,
which in turn helps me and other people around me stay on track. This may build oneself up and
serve as a source of contentment, satisfaction, and respect for oneself.

To sum it up, my main goal and aim in immersion is to develop myself, cultivate my
skills and knowledge, and learn virtues and values that enable me to achieve self-actualization.
These objectives and goals will serve as a framework as I fully immerse myself in the workplace
I have been given.
