    need for efficiently winnowing the husk and dust from the nibs in an essential and key process. The newly developed

    model. Is small and compact and created with new chocolatiers in mind speed, and at the same time also allows for the
    unit to be used worldwide by simply hooking it up to a home or shop vacuum cleaner.

    Multiple control points in the feeder, suction and the flow system allow you to control the degree of separation of the
    husk from the nibs easily and finely. One or two passes can produce a 99% separation easily.

    All food contact parts are in food grade 304 stainless steel or food grade plastic. Fine dust collection, adjustable rubber
    padded legs, compact in size, easy to fit in a small workplace, robust support all together provide a full package that can
    be shipped worldwide. Above all, easy to operate. Designed to connect to most home and shop vacuum cleaners.
