Work Immersion is one-on-one training located at the job
site, where someone knows how to perform it In antiquity, the work performed by most people did not really on abstract thinking or community members, who know the skills necessary for survival, passed their knowledge on the children through direct instruction Training takes the trainer and materials out of the training time. In addition, due to safety or other production factors, it is prohibited in some environment. Training and development as a function concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the job performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings. Training and development can be described as an educational process which involves the sharpening of skills. Concepts changing attitudes and gaining more knowledge to enhance the performance of employees. Training refers to the activity that is both focused upon and evaluated against, the job that an individual currently holds. This activity focuses on the jobs that an individual that may potentially hold in future, and is evaluated against those jobs. It is also upon the activities that the organization employing the individual is part in the future, and is almost impossible to evaluate. Training maybe not as good as God expected but it will help you a lot in achieving your goals in life. WHAT HAVE WE EXPERIENCED IN WORK IMMERSION
Our team talked about what we’ll be making in doing this
activity so that we’ll be able to start training ourselves in doing some businesses and also by working in some companies or organizations. This would help us by experiencing on how to start making business and also by working like how to apply, or how to communicate with employees and learn the value of hardwork and perseverance from them and also dedication. From this kind of experience, we can see that all of people who’s running a business is really taking time and having patience in their sales and income. Patience really means a lot in working because based on our experience you’ll see different costumer. So we’re really impressed on how they manage to sell their products, using different strategies just to market their goods. And we’ve got an idea on how are we gonna sell our product called BUKAYO.
