    More and more business meetings and business training have taken place on the internet.

    Do the advantages of this


    development outweigh the disadvantages?

    The issue of having business conference and training online has been a tricky one these years. Some
    argue that it might be less effective to held events through video, while I believe the benefits of this
    changes outweigh their drawbacks. In this essay, I will elaborate my opinion and give two reasons why
    the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages.

    One of the primary advantages for having meetings online is that people are able to conduct that in
    every situation. Thanks to the advanced of technology, individuals can discuss issues with one another
    via video calls. This way plays a vital role in the situation these years, when the pandamic(pandemic)
    limit people action. Thus, people were forced to work at home. Nevertheless, some important
    conferences or workshops still need to work on. As a result, businessmen tend to held the meetings
    online in this harsh situation.

    Another benefit is that it let people get used to the trend what the future life would be. Some reports
    say that by 2050, almost everything would be done on the internet or in the visual (virtual) world. In
    this case, if individuals can overcome all the difficulties which occur during the procedure of having
    meetings on the internet, they would fit in the changing situation better in the future.

    In conclusion, although there are still some inconvenience(inconvences) during online business
    meetings and business training, I am of the opinion that by learning how to conduct it in more effective
    way, people can overcome all the difficulties and embrace the future world at ease.
