Flutter Developer

Role and Responsibilities

● Execute a full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


● Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and
solutions.
● Write well-designed and testable code.
● Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.

Flutter, Dart, PostgreSQL, Hasura, Docker, CI/CD pipeline

● Certificate on successful completion of probation period.


● Salary Structure:
First 3 months: 30,000 INR lump sum + Performance based (upto 42.5k INR)
Next 3 months: 30,000 INR lump sum + Performance based (upto 50k INR)
After probation: 4 - 6 LPA CTC + Performance based
● Letter of Recommendation on exceptional performance.
● You will be awarded after your tenure if your performance meets or exceeds

Role and Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including posting job


vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference
checks.
● Handle the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials,
conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork
● Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed
● Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals
and development plans.
● Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
