The 3rd Quarter Monitoring, Evaluation and Plan Adjustment (MEPA) was first
crafted in the school level in the presence of all the teachers and staffs, PTA and
SGC representatives through virtual convergence via Google Meet before it was
presented to the district level.

The session focused on the utilization of the MOOE monthly allocated budget which
was 100% utilized and liquidated. Also, we had a thorough discussion of the delayed
programs which are Conduct of quarterly virtual recognition which we have come up to
an adjustment where teachers made their intensive follow up to parents for the return of the
modules; Delayed delivery of SSLMs for quarter 1 las/ modules in all subject areas,
hence, submission of outputs by the learners were also delayed therefore immediate
access of soft copies of LAS/SSLMs were taken, teachers were also requested to use their
personal printers in kindergarten, and the conduct of daily virtual consultation and

load, and solicit donations from stakeholders for the implementation of gender segregated
toilets; Proposed physical improvement of school beautification which the school
requested for additional budget from MOOE and to tap stakeholders.

Moreover, the session focused on the most significant change stories of the school which
are Home Visitation following health protocols, No Collection Policy, Conduct Mentoring in

internet backup, request fund for school title processing, request transistor radio for the

The comparative enrolment rate for two years back shows that there is a decreased of 2.5 %
over that of last year enrollment. For two consecutive years the enrollment had deteriorated
from 696 in 2020-2021 to 678 in 2021-2022 due to lockdown , change of residence, and
nearby business establishments where the parents work were closed due to pandemic and
parents opted to enroll their children to the school near the residence. Also, as reported data
on ALIVE enrolment rate it shows that there is a decreased of 9.4% over that of last year
enrollment. For two consecutive years the enrollment had deteriorated from 64 in 2020-2021
to 53 in 2021-2022 due to learners transferred to other schools. However, ALIVE teachers
come up with future plans and adjustments which are Close monitoring of ALIVE Classes,
should be given enough time for the children’s learning, Send ALIVE Teachers to trainings
and workshops, Allocation of school reference materials and SLMs, Restructuring of ALIVE
classrooms.

All the teachers/coordinators, school head and stake holders talked over the segments
which needs to be focused on such as Enrolment Monitoring of distribution and retrieval of
modules; Reproduction of modules in Kindergarten; Selection of feeding beneficiaries; and,
Advance provision of digital copy of SSLMs/modules to avoid delay in preparation of
reproduction of print materials and RBI/TVBI script.

The discussion highlighted the issues and gaps and explained causes of issues and
suggested adjustments and recommendations to ensure continuity on the teachers’
vaccination for as reported data there were 10 teachers who were fully vaccinated and 5
teachers got their first dose of vaccination out of 23 teachers. The issue and causes of
issue/gap was the delayed schedule of Teacher’s Vaccination due to late printing of
Vaccination card, late uploading of master list from Division Office to City Planning LGU and
change of vaccination schedule, therefore, it was suggested to upload the masterlist ahead
of time to avoid delay of vaccination schedule.

Lastly, the list of meeting activities in which to be taken up are to Clear cut definition of
liquidation requirements thru COA that can equip the knowledge of the district ADAS
Facilitate systematic production in kindergarten, distribution, and retrieval of SSLMs and
modules. Enrich teaching learning process through RBI/ TVBI. Encourage learners to
patronize division programs and projects intended for the learning process in line with the
