cleaning company that has been providing quality cleaning and janitorial
services to business entities and residential customers.

Scope of Work
The company will provide full cleaning services to [Amigurumi
Corporation]’s 10-story building situated at 3711 Woodstock Drive,
Anaheim, California 92801. 

Objectives & Timeline

The objective of this proposal is to discuss the cleaning services that our
company offers and any special instructions or cleaning preferences that
[Amigurumi Corporation] wants to be done.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Parties
This proposal (“The Proposal”) shall legally bind Julio Hernandez
(“The Company Representative”) and Amigurumi Corporation
(“The Client”).
2. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the company a fixed monthly fee of two
thousand dollars ($3000.00), every 30th day of the month through
bank transfer.
3. Confidentiality
All of the terms and conditions in The Proposal will be kept
confidential from all individuals who are not legally bound to these
terms and conditions.
4. Term & Termination
The terms and conditions of The Proposal are valid once signed by
both parties until May 01, 2035.
