Reflection Question:
How will you apply Beatitudes in relation to self, other people, and society?

The beatitudes are a series of concepts developed by Jesus himself regarding how
people should act and what they should do in order to achieve "blessedness" or spiritual
well-being. This teaches us how to become peaceful, resulting in that peace being
spread from one person to another, to a whole society, and eventually to every country
in the world, and that peace can come from being rooted in God's life. The beatitudes
are extremely important in a society where many broken people require righteousness
far greater than their own and on which any of Jesus' blessings are spoken. We may
use this, especially when we lose hope in ourselves and discover our sole hope in God.
for repentance, having seen the full heinousness of sin. For faith, you must calm your
spirit in order to trust God in all circumstances. Pursuit of holiness in your life and in the
world for Christian living and sanctification We should love others in the same way that
God has loved us. Worship, mission, and priorities—perseverance in bringing God's
promise of peace to a hostile world, knowing and following our Savior, Lord Jesus
Christ, through many hardships for the happiness that has been laid before us—are the
times when we must recognize and own our faults in order to really change and live in
God's will. Instead of praying for yourself, pray for others. Volunteer and labor with
thankfulness, putting God at the heart of your everyday life. Mourn at the loss of others
and the world's sin. Help the underprivileged, be modest, and think about the
sentiments of others before behaving. Assist in putting an end to people's and society's
violence. Be merciful and forgive others' sins, and respect others. Read the Bible and
fully open your heart and mind to the passage's message. Interact with people, avoid
prejudice, and perform kind gestures without expecting anything in return. Always show
kindness in whatever they do.
