In view of queries on the holding of field trips by public schools in the light of the policy of no collection
of fees during enrollment, the following clarification is being made:

This Office has not issued any circular banning the holding of educational field trips by public schools.
However, the Officers of SPTA is securing some issues.

Therefore the MSPTA encourage the public schools, Elementary and High School to the postponement of
the Field Trip in the District of Mendez.

1) The MSPTA District of Mendez has no resolution regarding in this Activity.

2) The Officers of MSPTA agreed that there must be a proper and intensive study for this activity.
3) The assurance, welfare and safety of the students are always the priority. The COVID 19 is still
widespread in some places.
4) The MSPTA is Not Agree for Field Trip Activity this SY 2022-2023.

Recognizing, however that such trips involve certain monetary costs which may be unaffordable to
students coming from poor families and who therefore are not able to join.

In motion of MSPTA Federation Officers, District of Mendez- Nuñez. The Field Trip Activity SY 2022-2023
is not supported.
