NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Welwyn Wheelers CC will be held on Monday 20 February 2023 in the
Function Room of Doctor’s Tonic Public House in Welwyn Garden City; business to start at 7.30pm.
All members are invited to dial in to this meeting.

1. Apologies

2. To receive Minutes of the AGM held remotely via the Teams platform on Monday 28 February
2022.

3. Matters arising

4. To receive Reports from Officers including:

Chair
Treasurer
Coaching Co-ordinator

5. To confirm the Club affiliations for 2023.

6. To confirm the Club’s Open and Club promotions for 2023.

7. The outgoing Committee have set Club membership subscriptions for 2023, which are unchanged
from the previous year, as follows:

£20 Senior, £10 Junior/Under 16, £50 Family

8. Proposed change(s) to Club Rules.

9. Election of Committee Officers in following roles:

Chairman Coaching Co-ordinator

General Secretary IT Officer
Treasurer Volunteer Officer
Membership Secretary Social Secretary
Welfare Officer Youth/Junior representative
Women’s Officer Outreach Officer

Ordinary Committee Member(s) to Maximum of 12

10. To appoint a qualified accountant to inspect and verify the annual accounts.
