ATTENDED BY JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHERS DATED 14th APRIL 2023. The meeting started with greetings to all. Few important pointers pertaining to the new session were discussed. ❖ Dates and mode of orientations which are to be held at various levels were shared. ▪ The orientation will be held offline on 24th April 2023 for the parents of Nursery students as they are completely new to the environment. ▪ On 22nd April 2023 there will be orientation for the parents of students going from KG to class I. The parents would first assemble in audi /MPR where the principal would address them. Then they would proceed to the respective sections of class I. They would be handed over the report card of their ward. The subject teachers would then orient them about different aspects. ▪ Classes II & III will have it online on 3rd May 2023. ▪ Classes IV & V will have orientation on 5th May 2023. Message and link to be sent a week prior. ❖ The school is hosting a workshop on Financial Literacy on Monday (20th April) from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. It is to be attended by all the teachers. Other schools are also invited to attend the workshop. ❖ A circular has to be worked out and sent as to what are the children supposed to bring on the first day of the new session to avoid heavy bags. ❖ On the first day, children will stay with their old HRTs and will be handed over to their new HRTs by them. ❖ HR planning to done for 6th, 10th and 11th April 2023. Nursery children will join on 10th and 11th April in two batches, so activity teachers will assist the Nursery teachers in handling them which is why it is decided to have long HRs on these two days. ❖ The timing for the students of Nursery and KG was suggested to be from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm till 21st April 2023. ❖ Reps to follow up the status of students’ ID Cards with Vandana Ma’am and check if they can be issued to the students on day of PTM. ❖ Teachers to please clarify it to the parents during the orientation that the WhatsApp group is a broadcast group. Parents are supposed to use their ward’s almanac if they want to convey any message. In case of any medical emergency or any dire need, they may connect with the teacher latest by 5:00 pm. Voice messages are not allowed. ❖ If the child is in school, kindly ensure that the teacher has the correct phone number for the child’s betterment.
