High voltage windings are cast void free under high vacum and cured in computer controlled condition to produce windings with no cracks and totally without any internal air cavities. Our winding technology also ensures an ‘optimum voltage distribution across the coils. Low voltage windings ensure that current density is distributed evenly along the conductor thus eliminating the axial forces which are normaly higher in low voltage currents. Magnetic core is made of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel, cut to the highest accuracy with state of-the-art machinery. Its fully protected with corrosive protection and is stacked using step lap stacking method to further reduce noise lavel of the transformer.
