1.1 Introduction

Isometric: a method of representing three-dimensional objects on a flat surface by means of a

drawing that shows three planes of the object. Orthographic: a method for representing a three-
dimensional object by means of several views from various planes.

1.2 Objective

• To use various CAD command in creating Orthographic and Isometric view of an object.
• To analyze Orthographic view and Isometric view of any given image or drawing.
• To transform different image views into one view to another.

1.3 Activity
Create CAD drawing and transform the image from Isometric to orthographic and vice versa. Include
dimensions and text:

A. Create Orthographic view with distance of 10 units.

B. Create Isometric view with 30 degree angle on both sides
