Cabangan National High School Science Department enjoins the 2023 Science Month
celebration by conducting School-Based Science Week on April 24-28, 2023. The activities are
anchored on the implementation of the department’s project entitled “Project E=mc 2:Pa-Scientia
para sa Mag-aaral”. Various activities will be conducted and will be part of the students’
performance tasks for the current quarter. This project aims to (1) understand the importance of
science, technology and environment as vital areas in the nation building especially in the age of
information and communication technology in the 21 st century; (2) provide interactive strategies in
learning delivery in the promotion and transfer of Science and Technology to the grassroots; and (3)
complement, supplement, and enrich formal science education through curricular activities to
popularize science, technology, and environment among the masses through various science
activities.
In view of this, we are humbly asking for your financial assistance to

Greetings!
The Grade 8 learners under the Science, Technology and Engineering (STE) Program in
collaboration with TLE specialized in Agriculture Class is planning to visit your farm located in
Felmida-Diaz, Cabangan, Zambales on May 26, 2023 (Friday) in relation to their Biotechnology and
TLE subject. The objectives of this visit are to: (1) familiarize the students with the different
agricultural methods; (2) expose the students on the construction and assembly of simple gulayan
in their backyard; and (4) to give them a clearer view on the importance of agriculture. With this
kind of activity, we believe that our students will gain more knowledge on the different agricultural
techniques aside from theoretical aspects learnerd from classrooms.

With this regard, may we request your approval to allow us to visit your farm. We are hoping

located in Felmida-Diaz, Cabangan.to learn about Agricultural Techniques in relation to their
Biotechnology and TLE subject. Students will leave the school at 8:00 am and return at 11:00 am.
Mr. Michael Flor D. Favo, Mrs. Emma E. Artates and Mrs. Almira D. Cañete will be in-charge in this
field trip.
On the day of the field trip, students are required to wear their school uniform and bring
their notebook, ballpen and cellphone.
