Job Description:

No. of opening position 11

1. Managing the overall operations of the Govt. Project.

2. Mobilization of Farmers and Formation of Farmer Interest Groups (FIGs)/ Self Help
Groups (SHGs).

3. Plan and coordinate with the project team to complete the desired objectives.

4. Liaison with Government Stakeholders to organizing Capacity Building, Training and


workshop.

5. Preparation of communication materials, documentation of periodical reports, case


studies, MIS etc.

6. Supporting to senior team for preparing Agri- Business Plan.

7. Application and approvals for proposed business: operations/APMC licenses etc.

8. Develop Agri/ Allied- Agri based sustainable livelihood proposals within the project
teaming with various line departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in Development Studies - Agribusiness / Rural


Management/ Agriculture/ Agronomy/ Environment/ Finance/ Marketing/ Information
Technology etc.

2. Experience working in farm-based govt. projects will be an added advantage.

3. Proficiency in the use of MS Office and Hindi- English Typing.

4. Willingness to travel nationally for all other projects within the organization.

5. Having knowledge of legal compliance. Experience linkage with marketing players and
financial institution related to Agriculture & Allied Sector.

6. Excellent communication & Inter personal Skill.

Compensation:

SAS Group recognize that the right candidate will have a significant impact on the success of the
organization and is prepared to offer an attractive compensation package for commensurate with
experience.

Internship Program: Selected candidates will join the organization as Intern from their date of
joining to 30th July 2023 with as per actual TA/ DA. No compensation will be paid.

On Board Program: After successful completion of Internship program, candidate based on


performance will be on board with the organization under probation period of 6 Months with
Min. compensation of Rs. 1.44 Lacs per annum in hand.

Location:

The position will be based in Dehradun Corporate Office and travel to various districts in UP &
Uttarakhand.
