POST EVENT REPORT

To help your organization thrive in a world full of change and disruption, you need
to be able to quickly train and deploy the workforce in new ways. Keeping in mind
this transformative journey for HR professionals during these uncertain times, Rockbird
Media presented the 10th HR Leaders Asia 2022 with a focus on the theme “Conquering
adversities: Adapt, Evolve and Thrive” on the 27th of April at Hotel Dusit Thani where
over a hundred HR and business leaders from Asia were welcomed.

Our thought leaders included thirteen speakers from leading companies such as
Unilever Philippines, Xoxoday, PLDT, CYPHER LEARNING, The Arbinger Institute,
Darwinbox, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Paymaya, and more. During the two days
of the event, industry leaders provided insights and shared their experience on how
to approach and take actions towards adapting, reinventing, and transforming for the
future of work.

The event also offered a variety of digital networking opportunities to participants; the
opportunity to deep dive into emerging challenges at our breakout sessions on various
topics of interest; unparalleled keynote speaking sessions with thought-leading case
studies; highly-interactive panel discussions with our peers on the latest HR trends and
practices.

The event kicked off with a legendary keynote presentation from Julie Hudtohan, Vice President for Human
Resources, Unilever Philippines. Julie talked about some of the perplexing questions that surround an
organization’s resilience amidst a world of complex chaos.
