2 INTRODUCTION
This system allows the users to create project requests and service requests online. It lists the projects
under the respective owners.

3 REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR CONSULTANTS

As a new consultant, he has to register with SEWA Portal. If he already has account, he can login to the
portal using his credentials. Click on Register Now button.

3.2 SCREEN DISPLAYING THE PROCESS OF REGISTRATION

Once the registration is done, the consultant can login to the portal. Registered users can directly login
to the portal skipping the registration process.

When logging to the portal, if the user forgets his username/password then can he use the below
option.

4 PROJECT CREATION
The consultant can create the project request by mentioning the ID Type, ID and fill in the required
details. If the ID doesn’t exist, click on OK and proceed to fill in the details mentioned and create project
request.

The project request is created as follows. Now can move further to upload documents.

4.3 DOCUMENT UPLOAD SCREEN FOR PROJECT
Once the document is uploaded, consultant can proceed to create service requests. The consultant can
request for Electricity, Water and Gas. The application type has four choices a) Drawing b) Temporary
Connection c) Additional Load d) Permanent Connection

4.5 SCREEN FOR APPLYING ELECTRICITY TEMPORARY CONNECTION SERVICE

Users can apply for the services as soon as the project is approved. Users can simultaneously apply for
all the services. Users cannot apply for Additional Load under Water. They also cannot apply for
Additional Load and Temporary Connection under Gas.
